Slide 33:
Developing cells of the basophil series are extremely rare and difficult to find - thus we do not ask you to do so on your microscope slide. If found, they can be identified by their navy blue specific granules.
1 = basophilic myelocyte
2 = eosinophilic myelocytes
3 = neutrophilic metamyelocyte
4 = neutrophilic band
5 = polychromatophilic erythroblasts
6 = mature neutrophil
